After the hardes...Way to go with sticking with it! After the hardest 2 years of my life, I am recommitting to my health, and part of that is getting back into running. I used to run half marathons and now 3 miles feels like an achievement. But I am taking it one day at a time, one run at a time, one pound at a time. I do cross training too- I enjoy boot camp classes- which helps with overall fitness and I think helped me get ready for my half marathons even more than just a running program would.
